Privacy policy

Aviation Cadet Museum, Inc. keeps this simple: we do not sell your information, and we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Nothing to browse. You can read this entire site without giving us any personal information and without creating an account.
  • Language preference. If you choose a language, that choice is stored in your own browser so we do not ask again. It never leaves your device.
  • Reservations. Bookings are handled on our ticketing provider's site. Your name, contact details and payment go to that provider under its own privacy policy; we receive only the booking details we need to run your show. We never see full card numbers.
  • Phone calls. When you call to reserve, we note your name, phone number, party size and date so we can hold your seats.

The Ask Errol assistant

Questions you type into Ask Errol are sent to an AI provider to generate the answer, and the text of the reply may be sent to a speech provider so it can be read aloud. We do not ask for your name and we do not link conversations to you. Please do not type personal or payment details into the chat. Conversation text is not published and is not used to identify you.

Third parties on this site

  • Ticketing and checkout — our booking provider.
  • Video — YouTube, embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and loaded only after you press play.
  • Reviews — Tripadvisor, only when you follow a link there.
  • Hosting and delivery — our website host, which keeps standard server logs.

Following those links or pressing play puts you under the relevant provider's own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioral data. Any storage this site uses is functional — remembering your language and keeping the page working.

Children

The museum welcomes families, but this website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Reservations are made by an adult.

Your choices
