Terms & conditions

Last updated September 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and your admission to the Aviation Cadet Museum at Silver Wings Field (55AR), Eureka Springs, Arkansas, operated by Aviation Cadet Museum, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Reservations and admission

  • Reservations are required. The show runs once per day at 3:00 p.m.
  • Admission is $20 per adult and $10 per child ages 7–12.
  • Regular season is April 1 through October 31; we are closed Sundays.
  • Off season we run the show for parties of two or more adults when weather and staffing allow — call to confirm.
  • Only cash is accepted at the door. Card payment is available through the online booking page.

Cancellation, weather and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move a reservation. Because the show includes outdoor and aircraft segments, we may shorten, change or reschedule it for weather or maintenance reasons. If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund of amounts paid. Online purchases are processed by our ticketing provider and are subject to that provider's refund handling.

Conduct on an active airfield

Silver Wings Field is a private, active airfield. Stay with your guide, follow all staff instructions, and keep children with an adult at all times. Do not enter runways, taxiways, hangars or aircraft except when invited. Do not touch, climb on or start any aircraft or equipment. Smoking, open flames and alcohol are prohibited on the property. We may end a visit without refund for conduct that endangers people or aircraft.

Assumption of risk

Visiting a working airfield and a historic aircraft collection involves inherent risks, including uneven ground, propeller and jet noise, moving aircraft and confined cockpit spaces. By attending you accept those risks for yourself and any minors in your care. The museum is not liable for loss, injury or property damage except to the extent caused by our own negligence and as required by Arkansas law. Signed waivers may be required for simulator and cockpit activities.

Photography and media

Personal photography and video are welcome. Commercial filming requires written permission. The museum may photograph or film the show for its own promotional use; tell your guide if you prefer not to appear.

Website content and AI assistant

Site text, photographs and video are owned by Aviation Cadet Museum, Inc. or used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without consent. The interactive “Ask Errol” assistant is an AI representation built on museum history and Errol D. Severe's writing. It is provided for information and entertainment; it can be wrong, and it is not Errol speaking live. Confirm show times, prices and availability by phone before you travel.
